• HDMI 3 and 4 are hdmi 2.1 If you have a ps5 or Xbox you can plug to these I don’t think your cable box needs features from hdmi 2.1 so it might be safer to use ports 1 or 2. Also if you have a sound bar or sound system and want to use arc function you need to use port 3 for that
