• Hi Flicker, Yes, this is normal. When switching content formats or HDMI ports for HDCP handshake will cause the screen to quickly do this because the tv is adjusting for the higher bandwidth signal. Mostly this is seen when going from an SDR signal to HDR signal. This is normal. Hope this helps. -Ralph
