QuestionJust purchased the Sony 65X750F and have never been so dissapointed. It will not pair to my bluetooth Sony WH-1000Xm2 headset or any of my bluetooth remote speakers. I also purchased a Samsung smart tv and all my bluetooth componets pairs with no problem.

QuestionIs this a gloss or Matt screen, I am looking to have this installed in a sunroom very bright. I am concerned about reflection.

- Answer Depending on how bright your room is, the 750F is probably not your best choice. While the 750F is an excellent TV, it is not really bright enough to overcome serious glare, gloss/matte screen does not matter.

QuestionI am getting this delivered and setup tomorrow. I purchased the 5 year protection plan from Best Buy. If it can not be repaired do I get a new replacement TV or a "refurbished" TV?

- Answer Asked BB about this when it was delivered and setup. They said it would be a new TV and NOT a refurbished TV replacement. The "common sense" statement is not very nice and unnecessary.

- Answer Neither. This is a full LED backlit with no local dimming. Sony has thrown a curveball with this 750F unit.

- Answer In this price range, for gaming, I'd go Samsung NU8000 or TCL R617. You did not specify your screen size. Nor your price range. 55's are pretty close to one another. And a heckuva lot easier to return than 65s.
