I purchased a Sony XBR65X850E last August from Best Buy. When watching Netflix, the sound will go silent for a few seconds often. It does not do this on other 4K TV's we have. Are their any known TV hardware issues that might cause this?

You must verify the internet provider and the Netflix subscription if you are with the one with UHD.
