Q: QuestionI pull up the guide and select a channel to view. When I click view it adds a 1 to make the channel a thousand number and completely diffent from what I want.

Q: QuestionI cant tell if this TV has " backlighting " ( vs bottom edge lighting .. I think the x 900F does, but Ive read competing thuings about this model . In the store, the 900 looks much better , but that can be due to several dactors .

• A:Answer I own both the 65" X850 and the X900. The X900 does have a slightly sharper picture due to the bottom edge lighting vs backlighting. When I first bought the X900 about a year ago, I was informed of this difference. I just bought the X850 for my living room. The X900 was for my bedroom.

• A:Answer Television screens are measured diagonally, not by height or width. Take another measurement from the top left corner of the screen to the bottom right corner, which should yield a measurement of close to 65”.
