“Purchased this tv and want to use it with my desktop computer guy at best buy said all i have to do is plug in the HDMI and it will work. Got it all hooked up and the tv says input 2 no signal and input 2 is my computer. Any ideas ?”

Had this problem with my xbox. Firstly under the settings in home menu go to inputs and select enhanced inputs. Then hold down the power button on remote until a soft reset is done then the input will receive the video feed from the device.
