Go into SYNC MENU to see if it is a compatible system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm going out on a limb here but have you checked all your HDMI cables to ensure they are 4K compliant? At the higher freq rate older cables are susceptible to RF/ noise emissions more so than the newer high frequency shielded cables. Also, check the connectors for lose missing or bent pins. Other than that I'm at a loss. Good Luck. jj
