Let's try to isolate and fix the issue by following some troubleshooting steps, you need to activate the enhanced mode for your TV to support HDR content, Set HDMI signal format to Enhanced format. On the IR remote control, press the HOME button. Select Settings. Select External inputs in the TV category. Select HDMI signal format and set to Enhanced format. Regards, Zac
