“Can anyone who has purchased the tv verified if this tv will get or have Dolby Vision? Description says it does, some website says that it does and some does not.”

Mix sources say different things...but from my research Dolby Vision is not on 900e. the HDR10 is....dolby vision will be an update on the 930e....we can only wait and hope they do it for the 900 series.
