Yes and no. Yes, it will work but no, it will not pass a 4K signal through to the TV. So if you are running outboard devices into the Kenwood amp via HDMI and then a single HDMI out to the TV, you will not get 4K. EVER. Your only option here if you want to keep the amp is to plug 4K devices directly to the TV and then run an optical lead back to the receiver. This makes for a messy setup for wall mounted TVs since you have to run a lot of cables to the TV, not just one. But its the only way to get 4K from outboard devices, like Fire TV, Roku, Xbox S and X, 4K blu ray player. Of course if you have no outboard devices and are using the Sony TV's built in apps for netflix, amazon, et al, , you should be good to go. .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As I have experienced with the use of a sound bar connected to my 900E TV, there is a sound delay which causes the sync to be off a bit. It appears to be uncorrectable. I would not recommend using the Kenwood system in conjunction with this TV.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your Kenwood has hdmi inputs you'll be fine if not just coax component or rca you'll decent sound just not the full effect like DTS atoms which is full surround sound experience. Hope this helps you
