“I hooked up a digital outside antenna and can’t see any stations. I did a channel search and it located 27 channels but when I try to watch them the screen is blank.any ideas?”

Since these are over the air signals I am not sure why you can't see them A. First try a soft reset of your TV. When the tv is on press and hold the power button for five seconds. Wait till the tv restarts and see if the channels show up. B. If above fails retry to search for channels making sure you set the selection to antenna and not cable. See if they show up. C. Before you try this step review on Sony's web site for exact steps. Hard reset - Unplug TV. Wait 2 minutes. On the back left are the controls. Have someone hold the (down) - vol and power button. Plug the TV in and it will do a hard reset allowing you to re-setup the tv. Try again to search for channels. If that does not work I would call Sony first to see if there is a resolution to the issue. These are suggestions only. You can also refer to Sony's contact center for exact instructions.
