“I do not have any speakers or headphone connected to my XBR-65A1E. However, I am getting no sound from the TV. When I hit the mute button it shows that I am using headphones. How do I get back to getting sound?”

Hi there! Kindly try pressing the Action Menu button on the remote and select Speakers, from there, select TV speakers. Thanks, -Mark
