What does your cheaper open box mean ? null

It means that it has been returned, Refurbished or damaged but still operational. But mostly it has been returned for one reason or another. I bought my TV as an open box item and saved big dollars. I took it home and couldn't find anything wrong with it not even a scratch.

It means the box has been opened and returned by a customer for many reasons, not necessarily that there is an issue or anything.

Open box could mean it’s been a floor model. or someone has brought it back

I would consider against purchasing an open box Oled as this technology has been prone to have burn-in.
