• the entire panel is the speaker and a sub is built into the stand. Sound is more than adequate on standalone basis

• I went with the Sonos soubdbar and subwoofer because the sound is crisper and clearer than the Sony speakers in my opinion. Plus you can adjust the sound to your liking via your smart phone or tablet. Price is about $1,600.00 for the whole set up but it’s well worth it.
