Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Similar problem here. Sound does not function at all when I turn the TV on. Unplugging is the only way it works. Sony rep said it needs a hard factory reset. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hope you got a geek squad protection plan. That sounds like a defective TV. I am not having any issues. Also do a hard reset on your TV. Refer to the Sony website to learn how to do a factory reset on your TV to clear up your issue.
