Hi Mike, We regret to hear about what happened on the display panel of your TV. This is usually not the case for our TVs nor the experience we want you to have. It would appear that the issue you are having is with your dealer. We would suggest contacting Best Buy directly and make them aware of this situation. Regards, Sam

My x900h was wrapped very well, with a plastic like bag over the tv so that packaging materials like foam didn't touch the unit. The screen appears flawless to me. Is your TV an 'open box' or otherwise a returned model that may have been handled previously?
