Ours also shuts off but the timing is random.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm also having this issue. My tv worked perfect for a month and now it just shuts off at random a lot. I believe it started right after a firmware update. I'm really getting frustrated. There is no new firmware update to fix it so the suggestion the sony tech left doesn't help. I just bought an extended warranty so I'll give it a month for sony to fix it but man it really sucks when the tv reboots mid-game or mid-show. I believe the culprit of my issue could possibly be attributed to the audio while gaming in 4k 120hz. I've had it drop on me and a tv restart fixed it. I've also had the remote become unresponsive to volume adjustment mid gaming session only to have the tv restart a few minutes later. Also, where is the VRR? I was told this tv supported it yet it's greyed out on my Xbox series X.
