“Does anyone know if there is a way to use the Sony remote that comes with the set when the set is attached to a Spectrum DVR (HDMI 2)? The remote now controls volume and brings up some functions, but will not change channels nor enable the voice control.”

My remote did the same thing i didnt think i could use my remote that came with tv ? i have charter spectrum also i decided to unplug everything , cords from the back of tv and the main power cord? And when it loaded back up all the remote features plus voice command worked ? easy fix? And thankfully it worked so happy?
