Hello, Not sure they would sync properly. I'm looking at the SRS-ZR5 speakers to add rear speakers to my ST5000. They are not cheap ($200 each) and do disable the streaming function while setup for surround sound. Sony also recommend the SRS-ZR7, SRS-X77, X88, X99, HG1, HG2 and HG10. This option to me seems like a better choice as they are guaranteed to be compatible. You could probably do away with the STRDN1080 and just run everything through the sound bar. Good luck! Ken
