“Hi, My subwoofer is not working since today. Theres no no green or red Light indicator. Ive pluged in the the connector cable and nothing. Any help please”

It sounds like your subwoofer has a issue that only can be fixed by a Sony support technician. I suggest you give them a call because this may be covered under there warranty policy for this subwoofer. Best of luck.

Not familiar with that model, mine is a ST 5000. I would unplug power for both units and let them set for about a minute and plug them back in
