Can I connect this directly to a TV sound bar? null

I was going to use a Bose Solo for my Center speaker. Could not get it to reproduce a signal from the amp. The Bose is designed to receive a non-powered signal.. I didn't realize how important a center speaker is in the system until I used the Polk center speaker..
