Just had this installed at Best Buy. When I tap the XM button it shows "check input" Why? I had XM before on the factory stereo. The man that sold it to me said they would hook into the existing XM antenna since this stereo is supposed to be XM ready. null

Sorry, this particular does not have an XM receiver. It is misleading, when they say it is xm ready. There is a separate unit you purchase, that will connect to this head unit. Then, it will receive XM. I double checked the information before buying this unit, because the factory radio in my other car does have working XM.
