I'd go right back to the store with it and get the installer to make it work for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry, this particular does not have an XM receiver. It is misleading, when they say it is xm ready. There is a separate unit you purchase, that will connect to this head unit. Then, it will receive XM. I double checked the information before buying this unit, because the factory radio in my other car does have working XM.
