“Had my Sony xav ax3000 Audi I nstalled in my 2009 Ford Explorer. Everything works but my apple carplay. Is there a special usb cable that I need to use to connect to my iPhone? I tried the usb cable that comes with my iPhone but usb Will not connect.”

The system comes with a black usb cable connector that should have been installed. You then plug your iPhone cable to connect to your phone and carplay comes up automatically. If you don't find the black cable connector, head back to your installer.
