We cannot guarantee that the Sony RM-VZ320 Remote Control will work with the Sony KLV-21SG2TV, as this is a universal Remote Control.

The Remote needs to be programmed using the codes: 00000, 00650, 00810, 01300 and 01685.

Follow the 3 steps listed under “Set the manufacturer's code” and the 4 steps listed under “Operate the Device” in the Manual provided below to program the Sony Remote.
