A:Answer I love the football setting! To use it, you simply press the "football" button on the bottom right of the remote. You can use it across devices including DVD, Bluray, and even an Xbox or PlayStation. However, I see the greatest benefit when I use it while watching 3D movies. (Word of warning, when you turn it on during a 3D movie, the screen will wig out for a moment, but don't worry for it will come back to normal quickly). From what I can tell, it boosts brightness, smoothes motion, and enhances contrast for content on screen. To remove the function, simply press the "football" button again.
