To my surprise, the TV did not come with any pamphlets or user care book. Everything is built in the TV; instructions are within the TV. You have to be computer literate to operate this TV, if you want to use the wifi part. It you are only interested with the TV provided by the cable box, then it is easy to learn. I forgot, YouTube is voice activated. Just tell it what you want to watch, and it will search for it.

There is also an option wherein you will be able to set the language of the Android TV for TalkBack.
