I had similar issue with Bluetooth setting not wanting to stick. Cold-boot the TV. Press and hold power button on remote for 5+ seconds to turn TV OFF. You'll know you got a good reboot if you see swirling color dots and the Sony logo. Android seems really weird about it's settings and smart apps. I have to cold boot about once a week it seems to clear up little things like Netflix issues, etc.

Please try again later.looks like this was 6 months ago, so hopefully you've figured it out by now, but the "action menu" button turns on the main settings to change. select 3d and the right side box pops open. change 3d to "off", then use the "back" button to close the right box. i've got the 940D as well and it works fine. Next time I go in, it's no longer in 3d.
