This tv has a specific setting for football that you can enter from the tv set menus, this is one of the top sets to get for watching sports
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sam, if you have owned a 240hz television in the past you will notice blur when watching baseball on this tv. I had a 240hz Samsung in the past and I can tell the difference. But, then again this tv is about 25 inches bigger than my previous set and maybe that is why it is noticeable. However after I disabled a few of the motion settings it was better. Oddly enough, when watching football and basketball there was no blur or judder. I watched a boxing match the other night and it was spectacular! The fighters looked HUGE!

Its top of the line processor eliminates any sign of motion blur giving you fluid and seamless picture output. This is your TV. Thanks, -Mark
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a awesome tv with a great picture, I have a sound bar hooked up to it also, along with a fire stick, just make sure it's on a sturdy stand, it will not move nor will the picture have ANY distortion. I've watched all kinds of sports and never had a problem
