The general rule of thumb for a high definition TV is to sit back about 1.6 times the diagonal screen size. THX recommends 1.2 times the screen size. Most manufacturers recommend 2.5 times. So, for a 75"...... General rule of thumb is 10' THX is 7.5' Manufactures is 15.5' Go for it!
