• Kodi can be fantastic, but only for as long as it runs fine. Kodi has dependencies on the Android OS level/version. I have stayed away installing anything from Google Play except the typical apps, such as Netflix, Pandora and the likes. For Kodi things, I use an external media streamer, such as the RVEAL 2 player, which is a pure delight, seriously. • Sure can. You can actually side load pretty much any app even if it's not available in the play store on the tv.
