A:AnswerThis TV's legs are about 8" out the back and 8" extended out the front from the centerline of the main screen at both ends and only touches the shelf surface out close at the 8" end of the leg. So be sure to have a stand or shelf at least 16" deep minimum but I would recommend maybe 18" for more security.
