We'd love to troubleshoot the issue that you are experiencing so you can enjoy the 75" X950H TV. Please try connecting the Direct TV box to a different HDMI port of the TV also, please try to use a different HDMI cable to connect the TV with your cable box. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That hasen't happened to us, but, if we have any issues with our new Sony's,(2) 75" & 49", we contact the Geek Squad. They are very knowledgeable.. Since Best Buy did the instal, those guys know exactly what to do with issues. We have Direct TV also and they set up Direct TV.
