Q: QuestionIs there any way to remove the PERMANENT ADS from the home screen from the latest update?

• A:Answer Sony has a page on their site regarding this. They say it is not possible. Not happy. They are on the x950g too which is what I have. The ads take up almost half the screen. Sony I am about ready to buy another TV for the basement. X950h was at the top of my list but now am considering brands.

Q: QuestionMy TV stand is 58 inches long by 18 inches wide. Are the TV stand feet adjustable to a length that will fit my TV stand? Is my TV stand width OK as well?

• A:Answer Hi pod84, thank you for inquiring about the TV. The legs of the XBR75X950H can be positioned in the wide or narrow position. The TV stand in the wide position measures 66 inches wide and the depth is 16 3/8 inches. In the narrow position, the TV stand measures 41 5/8 inches wide with the same depth. Hope this helps! Erin

Q: QuestionI noticed on the rtings review of the x950h that the 55" leans slightly back a few degrees on its stock legs/feet. Does the 75" and 85" also lean back? If they they do, Is this angle adjustable to have the TV sit straight up?

• A:Answer I have the 75. It does lean slightly back, and it’s not adjustable. They do it because they believe most people will place the set on a low table, so it is angled up. But mine isn’t low, so I found it incredibly annoying. That said, I put two felt “furniture protectors” under each of the back two feet, and it solved the problem. I love the TV, so it’s not a deal-breaker for me.

Q: QuestionThe specs for this television on Sony's website states "Presence of lead" = Yes. Where is the lead, how much is there and can it be unsafe!?

For expanded features like 4K 120hz, VRR and ALLM, we apologize but there's no plan to have these added via future software update you may want to check our X900H model the 4k 120hz is available after a software update and there are plans to add the VRR and ALLM features in future updates.
