QuestionAre the holes in the back of the TV used for mounting placed to allow a typical mounting bracket to mount the TV at the center point of the Screen. Perhaps the rails used for most mounting bracket are adjustable?

The VESA mounting holes are closer to the bottom of the TV and the distance from the bottom mounting holes to the bottom of the TV (without stand) is 119.4 mm (4.7 inch). QuestionI am currently using a Bose sound system with my TV. If I purchase this TV, can I still use the Bose? I really enjoy the theater sound and I doubt this TV is comparable to the Bose. Thanks, Scott

- Answer Scott: You should have no problem hooking your Bose to this TV, but you can check the specs section to make sure. I had a Bose sound bar connected before purchasing a home theater system. The TV sound is much better than most, but for good quality you need something extra.

- Answer Hello ACM, Thank you so much for your inquiry. The recommended height for wall-mounted TV depends on individual preferences and seating arrangements in the viewing area. In general, the TV should be mounted with the horizontal and vertical center lines at eye-level of the viewers. You may find the following article helpful: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-oled-tvs-android-/xr-77a80j/articles/00008601 Additional information: • When mounting the TV on the wall, we recommend using only the compatible Wall-Mount Bracket SU-WL855 for this TV. • The XR77A80J has a VESA wall-mount hole pattern of 11 3/4 x 11 3/4 inches (300 × 300 mm) and a weight of 28.9 kg (63.7 lbs.) without the TV stand. • The wall where you will install the TV should be able to accommodate the size and must have the strength to withstand four times (six times in some models) the weight of the TV to avoid any issues. • And for safety and product protection, we strongly recommend that a qualified professional perform the installation of the TV on the Wall-Mount. - Answer my sony bravia A80J remote was paired to my sony sound system by a geek squad tech. and works fine,but from time to time i find an app that i will have to use the remote that comes with the tv. also it might be as simple as the HDMI used for the sound system is in the wrong input! the owners manual for the sound system has to be in a specific HDMI INPUT. find the ARC.

- Answer Hi Transport, Thanks for your question. We recommend to keep the TV upright during transport. Transported flat in a vehicle is prone to vibrations that could potentially crack or damage the TV screen. Most manufacturers intend for the TV to be upright which is why most are packed with supportive Styrofoam corners. If the box of the TV has a "This Side Up" with an upright arrow logo, please follow that together with other precaution logos on the box of the TV. I hope this helps! Regards, Jess
