YES, is the answer. I now have a Sony BRAVIA Theater Quad sound system connected (via HDMI) to my new Sony A95L. This morning I paired (via Blue Tooth) my Sony SBS-XB100 speaker to the TV. At first I could not get the speaker to output sound while the Theater Quad was also providing output. It seems the only way to get the two functioning together is via the BRAVIA Connect App on my smart phone. I selected both the Audio system and the SBS XB100 on the "Speakers" panel of the Audio output screen. After that, all was fine when the sound system and speaker are turned on. Remote Speaker Volume control is either via the "-" or "+" buttons on the speaker or on the TV Screen which nicely displays that sound is going to two destinations when the remote control volume control is activated. You can independently control the volume level on either the Sound System or Remote Speaker by moving between lines on the volume display and using the volume control buttons on the remote control. A nice little plus on the SBS-XB100 speaker is the pause/play button on the speaker to control streaming content. The Blue Tooth connection distance maximum appears to be about fifty feet and a couple of walls. Nice for my kitchen, bathroom and living room but marginal for my office. I hope THIS GREAT FUNCTION does not go away as software upgrades are pushed out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have purchased the TV and it is great except for the limited function remote control that is included. I've addressed that issue elsewhere with an upgrade solution. However, I still don't know if I can get sound out of an attached "Theater Quad" and a remote Blue Tooth Speaker at the same time. I am waiting to purchase the Theater Quad system.
