You may refer to this link for more information: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00006688 Additional information: The supplied remote control uses both infrared (IR) and Bluetooth communication. Unfortunately, as part of normal operation, we can only pair 1 RMFTX910U remote control at a time. By turning off your Bluetooth, you will lose the use of google assistant and the remote control automatically switches to IR mode. Regards, Jess
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recently purchased and installed a 77" A9L. I was quite disappointed in the VERY LIMITED function of the remote control included with the TV. Some experimentation revealed that the FULL FUNCTION remote control for my older XBR 65A9G TV works in parallel with the supplied A9L TV. It's pricey but that remote returns much of the feature/function of the A9G TV we had learned to love. You can acquire the additional remote control from the Sony Parts Source for about $100. It goes by "Sony Led Tv Remote Control Rmftx600u - 1-493-546-23 × 1". ...an upgrade well worth making.... It would be even better if the A9L would accept single and double number inputs from the key pad instead of demanding the additional ".nn" input.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sure that one that has purchased the Sony Bravia XR 77" A95L OLED UHD Smart TV would be able to purchase an extra remote. I would believe that it would be no different than losing a remote and having to replace it, as the television cannot be controlled without the remote. I don't think this is something that Sony would have withheld from the customer.
