I just mounted mine a few weeks ago. There are only four holes on the back of the TV. So only one width option and it's not narrow. You're going to need a big TV mount as the holes are spaced apart a good distance. Any standard mount that supports an 85 inch tv should work. I would suggest one that goes up to at least 125 pounds if not more. This TV is a beast and heavy.
