If you have had two tv's (BB replaced it) that are doing the same thing it is seems that it would be the type of tv is reflecting the light from a door, window, or light source. The size and type of glass may be different than your old tv and more reflective. Try blacking out the room to have no lights and see if the lines go away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Streaks, We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Sony TV and had to get it replaced with the same issue on the screen. We'd love to troubleshoot the issue and make this a better experience for you. In the meantime, gently wipe the TV screen with a microfiber cloth. Use non-soap cleansers cautiously because they may cause environmental problems when disposed of improperly. Immediately afterward, gently wipe the screen with a soft, dry cloth. Please do not use a detergent with abrasives such as a cleanser. For more information on this, please check our related TV article link: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00167099 If the issue still occurs, please contact us for help.
