ARC is not only for soundbars. ARC is Audio Return Channel - meaning audio is sent BACK (returning) from the TV to whatever it is connected to. This includes soundbars, HDMI extenders, A/V home theater receivers - or anything else with an HDMI input.

No it does not. Most newer TVs did away with audio jacks a few years ago, and now they use HDMI Arc inputs. This TV has 4 inputs with one being HDMI Arc which is dedicated for a sound bar connection.
