If this is up to date we recommend doing a “soft reset”. If the tv is on please use the below steps. Hold down the power button on the remote until you see “restart” on screen and select that option. This will power down the tv and then restart the tv without erasing any settings you have made since day 1 of ownership. Then once that has completed try reloading the Disney + app again.
