“Just upgraded from last year's G to H model. On this TV when my PC goes to sleep it shuts down TV for all other inputs so I have to keep my PC on/awake even when playing Xbox, PS4 or watching TV. Is there a way around this? Old G model just had no signal.”

Hi Sinjin, We do apologize for the inconvenience. The screen may have been turned off due to Sleep timer settings or Check if [Auto shut-off] in [Power] is activated. If you press the Quick Settings (gear icon) button on the remote control, you can quickly go to the Sleep timer function and change the settings.
