“Why after 8 months of having this beautiful TV all of a sudden 3 gray clouds pop up in the middle of the screen? On dark scenes are unnoticed but with brighter colors or white backgrounds you can see the 3 new clouds on the image.”

I have the same problem, very poor quality from my Sony XBR-85”!!! I am going back to Samsung!
