“Has anyone received there a7siii through best buy? I was told to order it on the 24th at 12am or 9am and it has been sold out the entire time and best buy has no idea when they will be getting them again.”

Best Buy canceled my preorder too. I called BB customer service about the issue which was a total waste of time. Customer service workers at BB are clueless and not helpful at all. The answer I got from the BB rep was “What do you want me to do”. I don’t think BB shipped any a7s III preordered cameras. They allowed people to preorder then started canceling their orders on Sony’s annouced shipping date.

Next thing I know I received an email saying if the order wasn’t fulfilled by Oct 1st they would automatically cancel my order. I didn’t care when it shipped just don’t cancel my order. Today at 11:59 they canceled my order. I don’t feel anyone has received their camera from Best Buy. I’m very disappointed.
