I use Canon lenses with a7rII. I use a Metabones IV adapter and the autofocus transfers well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, with an adapter. I suggest using Canon glass with sony mirrorless cameras. I have not found a Nikon adapter that works well. IMO.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The A7Rii is compatible with a wide variety of lenses, because the camera is compatible with many lens adapters. All you'd need is the correct adapter and you're in business. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, by using an adapter. If you will be using old minolta/sony A mount lenses, you can use the LAEA adapters. If you will be using a canon/nikon lens to the camera, you can check metabones, FotodioX Adapter but we do not guarantee full capability of these adapters with the Camera body. You might want to check first with the manufacterer which features are supported and which are not. -Zander
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must use an adapter to use Sony Alpha SLT/Minolta lens. EA3 is my favorite, although I also have an EA4 adapter, too. You lose 1 stop of light with the EA4
