QuestionHow loud is the alarm when you use the radio? Can it be adjusted? Does it get louder automatically? I am looking for an alarm that can be set very quietly and does NOT get louder.

- Answer Based on my use, volume of radio alarm will be whatever volume you last left the radio on. If you leave the radio on a lower volume, the radio alarm will be that level.

- Answer Hello, here are your answers: 1. AC Power is the primary source, standard power cord. The Battery backup is Lithium, not Standard. 2. There is a Sleep Button right on top with the usual 90/60/30/15 Options
