“Would a low battery cause every single one of my buttons to stop working? My alarm was sounding off and I wasn't able to turn it off without pulling out the battery and now I can't reset because my buttons don't work.”

If it's still under warranty get a refund. Otherwise, unplug, remove battery, replace battery then plug it back in. But, it's days are numbered. Get a new clock radio soon - but don't get a Sony!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The radio should be plugged into a electrical wall outlet. The battery is only in use as a backup when the power goes out. Use the power cord and everything should work fine.
