• I guess you an just use the sticky one that was in the package. Though during a Go Kart session, I used the suction mount on top of the helmet. Just perfect. Much less vibrations as compared to fixing the cam on the kart itself.

• I havent' attached to a ski helmet, but I have used the helmet strap for a generic whitewater rafting helmet as well as my mountain bike helmet and my climbing helmet with little trouble. Though I might recommend a permanent mount (which can be found on BBY's site and Amazon fairly inexpensively.

• Yes there is two attachments included with the camera we put on on our helment and one on our skis
