• They do work, I have just watched a few scenes of different movies to confirm. I hold down the center button on the glasses until the TV prompts with glasses registered.

• Yes, I also have the XBR75X940D and these 3d active glasses worked wonderfully... in order to pair the glasses you need to have a 3d movie on, then you tap the button on the glasses once and it will blink, the tv will display 3d glasses on, and enjoy the 3d movie....
