A:AnswerI have the same problem and it happens often! The player is a replacement for (2) other I had to return in the last 3 years.
the Wi-fi on all 3 isn't that great at all. I use mine more for YouTube than anything and even when it runs the full vid a lot of times its grainy and out of focus.
I was told it is my Wifi speed but I think the players are at fault.
