• CORRECTION Went to Sony BDPS 7200 AND BDPS 6500 web sites and it says Both have dual core processers, and the 7200 can decode Super Audio Discs, and may have a better upscaling chip. SEE MY OTHER ANSWER.

• Did research, Went to Best Buy, Sony web site,and Sony chat and could find no difference ,except external power supply, size on the 6500, and 7200, and cost.
